Living in the woods is great and all, but these moths and other bugs crowd around the door at night and they're so persistent it's impossible to open the front door without at least one of them getting inside. Oh well. This one happens to be on the outside of the window, where it belongs.

These were taken back in May while on my way to Big Bend National Park with some friends. We stayed in a town next door to Terlingua (pop. around 270).
Elijah and "Hat"
Both make a living in Terlingua by doing odd jobs.
There are over 13,000 strips of tape covering his car. "Each strip of tape represents a prayer" he said.
