The road to the parking lot was closed.
Despite the cold temps, the sunshine felt beautiful.
Not wanting to waste the great lighting, I coerced John into sitting down for a photo. He hammed it up, as you can see.
Taken from the top of a scraggly tree. Though it can't be all too scraggly if it's holding its own at the top of a frigid, windy mountain. My apologies Mr. Tree.
